Refund policy
The Loop Detection is committed to ensuring your satisfaction. If you are not happy with the quality, performance, and/or appearance of the product received, we want you to be completely satisfied with your support@hiloramart.com order. Please contact us at support@hiloramart.com within 48 hours of receiving your order - we will make sure that all of your issues are resolved.
Please note:
1) We will accept any king of return.
2) We are not responsible for personal damages to an item. If the item has been dropped, stolen, spilled, misused, etc., we cannot refund or accept a return.
3) Products can only be returned if they are still in their original condition and packaging. Used products or products damaged by the customer will not be eligible for a refund.
For defective or faulty products, please take photos or videos and email us at support@hiloramart.com - we will replace or refund your purchase after confirmation.
PLEASE NOTE: This policy does not cover misuse, accidental damage, water damage, or any abuse of the purchased product.
Only products purchased directly through www.Hiloramart.com will not be eligible for return.
It is important that you contact us before you send in a return to ensure proper tracking. We can't be responsible for returns lost in transit that have not been communicated to us prior to sending.

3) Choice of Return, Exchange, or Store Credit
4) Your full name and email id mentioned in the form at the time of order placed.
Products returned must be in the exact same condition as they were received. We reserve the right to deny a refund if the returned merchandise does not meet our requirements, i.e. found to be damaged, shows signs of use, or is without original tags, straps, or packaging. If your return is not accepted, it will be sent back to you and a refund will not be issued.
Please note we do not accept any liability if the product is lost or damaged during its return passage to us.
Once your return has been delivered to our returns centre, it can take up to 14 business days for it to be processed and for your refund to be issued. The refund will go to the payment method used when originally placing the order.
Refunds will be credited in the same form as the original payment type. Please allow up to 14 days for the refund to be completed. Only purchases from Hiloramart.com may be returned/refunded. If you purchased from a retailer or any other online store or platform please refer to their return policy.
Hiloramart monitors return activity for abuse and reserves the right to limit returns in all instances.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER AFTER IT HAS BEEN PLACED?
Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel your order once it has been processed and/or shipped. If you cancel your order BEFORE it has been processed and/or shipped, you will be assessed a 20% cancellation fee to cover restocking fees and the charges assessed to us for refunds by the credit card companies.
Invalid Reasons:
Buyer no longer wants the items - this is the most common example which we cannot honour if we want to continue offering great value at Hiloramart. The buyer should make sure he or she wants to buy the items before submitting an order, not after. After an order is submitted, the buyer enters into a legally binding contract with the seller to purchase all items in that order.
Buyer found items cheaper somewhere else - Buyer should be confident that he or she is ready to pay the asking prices before submitting an order. After an order is submitted, the buyer enters into a legally binding contract with the seller to purchase all items in that order
